At Pathani.in, we take pride in our “Weaver’s Standard” quality. However, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right.
1. Exchange Policy (Size Issues): If the Pathani doesn’t fit you perfectly, we will exchange it for a different size completely FREE of cost.
- You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
- Exchange: All exchanging products will be delivered within 7 business days.
- How to Exchange: WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the new size required.
2. Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return the product for a refund-
- We don’t offer a Refund for orders.
3. Damaged / Wrong Product (The “Opening Video” Rule): To protect our small business, we require an Unboxing Video to process claims for damaged or missing items.
- Please record a video while opening the parcel.
- If the product is damaged, send the video to
support@pathani.inor WhatsApp us within 24 hours. After receiving the the products we will replace it immediately with the correct one.
4. Exchange of Offer Products: The above policies are not applicable for the products sold under any offer or discounted price.
