At Pathani.in, we take pride in our “Weaver’s Standard” quality. However, we understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right.
1. Exchange Policy (Size Issues): If the Pathani doesn’t fit you perfectly, we will exchange it for a different size completely FREE of cost.
- You must raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
- How to Exchange: WhatsApp us with your Order ID and the new size required. We will arrange a reverse pickup.
2. Returns & Refunds: If you wish to return the product for a refund-
- We offer a 100% Refund for prepaid orders.
- For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your Bank Account / UPI within 5-7 days after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the Quality Check.
- Note: A small convenience fee of ₹100 may be deducted for reverse logistics on refunds (waived for exchanges).
3. Damaged / Wrong Product (The “Opening Video” Rule): To protect our small business, we require an Unboxing Video to process claims for damaged or missing items.
- Please record a video while opening the parcel.
- If the product is damaged, send the video to
support@pathani.inor WhatsApp us within 24 hours. We will replace it immediately.
